My friend texted me this this morning.
So I gave it a listen because it’s actually quite short, a 10 minute recap of The Washington Post article - As obesity rises, Big Food and dietitians push ‘anti-diet’ advice.
And I noticed a few new things.
The woman they featured in the WaPo article:
Jaye Rochon struggled to lose weight for years. But she felt as if a burden had lifted when she discovered YouTube influencers advocating “health at every size” — urging her to stop dieting and start listening to her “mental hunger.”
But oddly enough, the article doesn’t mention which YouTube influencers? I want to know which YouTube influencers.
Two very big YouTube anti-diet dietitians came to mind. If I had to, my guesses would be:
