Reminder: my meal plan means the 2-3 recipes I plan to make each week.
Breakfast: my OG berry smoothie (link to my Tiktok video) - and I won’t include this in my grocery list because I buy the ingredients in bulk and buy them basically at the beginning of each month lol
3 things I planned on cooking this week:
Greek meatballs, roasted potatoes, and cucumber salad with a Greek vinaigrette (also this dressing recipe calls for avocado oil, but I just used olive oil)- trigger warning the greek meatball and potato video has mention of macros
Pad see ew - literally my favorite freaking recipe and legit the only one you’ll ever need. Here’s the link for the sauce he uses: pad see ew sauce, I also make mine with my crispy baked tofu as my protein
Kale Salad with air fried chicken nuggets — full disclosure, I haven’t made this salad yet. It’s on the to-do list for tomorrow LOL
